Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Canadian company CanAm Transport Systems Ltd is in the final stages of licensing a British company to build its Tiltscoop trailer loading equipment. Once established here, the company intends to export the system to the rest of Europe including Scandinavia.

The Tiltscoop design enables a driver to load and unload full-length-and-weight containers or any palletized load without the need for expensive specialized container equipment.

The trailer consists of a pair of I-beam rails which are lifted and lowered at the tractive unit end by dual hydraulic pistons. The pivot of this lever is formed by a roller-type bolster mounted to a bogie suspension. This bogie can be locked to the rails or to the ground by brake application and pneumatic pin latch.

Loading and unloading is achieved either by driving the unit under the load, or in reverse by driving the unit and bogie forward from under the load with the unit in a tilted position.
