T HAVE been constructing models in Meccano for the 1past 10 years, using scales of 1 in. and LI in. to the foot, and I enclose photographs of a model to the latter scale; this was actually built by a fellow modeller a few years ago and shows the amount of detail that can be obtained using standard Meecano parts. At present I am constructing a model of the York 25-ft. semi-trailer, which will be about 32 in. long, 13 in. high and 10 in. wide.
