Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEw proposals by Brighton Corporation concerning picking-up and setting-down passengers on Marine Drive have been strongly opposed by the Passenger Vehicle Operators' Association. It is hoped that the Association's action will lead to the retention of the present smooth-working arrangements.

The council is building a permanent coach station for use by regular express-service operators, instead of the present temporary arrangements at Circus Road.

P.V.O.A. has also had talks with Bournemouth Corporation regarding proposals that in future, coaches should set down and pick up at the new Kings Park Coach Station, Boscanthe, 1:1 miles from the centre of Bournemouth. It is thought that the present arrangements for picking-up and settingdown at Avenue Road or Glenfern Road may continue this year, but not into 1952.

The Association has again asked Southend Corporation to reduce the 5s. parking fee for vehicles arriving after 4.30 p.m. for the illuminations. Vehicles arriving before that. time are charged 3s. 6d.
