Canol Farm in Penycae, Wrexham, subject to conditions and undertakings: • the operator must provide the traffic commissioner (TC) with original bank statements that show it has access to the appropriate funds for the size and type of licence. These documents are to be received at the office of the TC by no later than 30 September and cover the month of August; • all authorised vehicles will have a rolling road brake test every preventive maintenance inspection (PMI), not including the MoT; • authorised vehicles will have a thorough and effective pre-MoT inspection. Records will be kept for at least two years, and retained with the PMI records and made available with those records; • maintenance systems, maintenance documentation and vehicle inspections must be audited by Robinsons Transport Consultants every six months. Audit reports will be prepared, acted upon and retained for at least two years; • safety inspections must be pre-planned and never more than 10 weeks apart. The PMI reports will be fully and properly completed and show rectifications;

September the TC will look at disciplinary action against GDK Concrete based in Preston. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
