Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MA new edition of the Heavy Goods Vehicle Inspection Manual has been published by the Vehicle Inspectorate (/1). Items new to the 150-page manual include details on headlamp aim, trailer brake checks, tyre speed rating and spray suppression.

Each check is numbered in the same sequence as on the tester's sheet. These numbers and a description of the area to which it refers head each page. For each check the inspection method and reasons for rejection are detailed. Where possible the limit of acceptable wear is quantified.

This edition supersedes the 1984 version and costs 0.75. It is available from all 11 test stations.
