Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As they enter the docks, drivs should report to the Harbour aard export freight check-in sk beside the outward immiation control to obtain the ex)rt freight card. The cards canit in any circumstances be sued before the vehicle arrives this point.

Drivers must give the Board :tails of the vehicle's registrain number, or, in the case of a salve unit and trailer, the trac,e unit's registration number id the trailer number. They lould indicate whether or not e vehicle is laden.

Where containers are going rough, each container number ould be specified along with the trailer number, and it should be stated whether or not it is loaded.

Export freight cards are required for each tractor, car or caravan going through the port, and the numbers and types of each vehicle should be specified. Where cars are being used to carry export goods, the registration number of the vehicle should be given.

Any cars carrying export goods, but which pass through the tourist passport control without an export freight card, will be issued with a card and will be required to display a "freight" label on the windscreen.

The Harbour Board insists that all information on freight cards must be accurate, and it says that drivers should not accept a card which has been altered in any way.

Drivers should then present both copies of the export freight card to the shipping company's office, along with all other export documents, where they will be stamped, and these go then to HM Customs for clearance.

Customs officers will not accept freight cards issued elsewhere, which are more than 24 hours old, which have been amended in any way, or which have not been stamped by the shipping company. Once the vehicle or ''goods are cleared, the driver or freight forwarder will be given the original copy of the freight card which should then be surrendered to the shipping company as the goods board the ship. No vehicle will be allowed aboard without a valid card.
