Mr. J. S. Lawton, defendi submitted that a danger( driving offence could be cc mitted only by the driver the vehicle con c erne Turner's vehicle was free ft fault; the vehicle with lights was being driven Ward. In these circumstani the second vehicle could 1 be considered as a trailer.

On the evidence, said Lawton, the vehicles w stopped at 8 pm, lightingtime—the hours of darkni had not begun. The prose tion had brought WTC charges.
