Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Motorauctions Leeds has boosted sales volumes dramatically in the past year, according to commercial sales manager Brian Crawford.

He says the steady increase in business has been because of the various large fleet and public authorities now using the two-hectare (five-acre) Leeds auction complex.

"This has resulted in large attendances and huge interest at our monthly commercial sales where we usually dispose of about 150 HGVs," he says.

The company is in its fourth year of trading and has a threeyear Ministry of Defence contract. Crawford says prices for MoD vehicles have remained static: "Unlike the mainstrK commercials, there is alwar demand for specialist vehicle and we have sold a lot of La Rovers and Bedford Mk foui wheel-drives. Buyers for tht vehicles come from all over country."

Crawford says a large ent of MoD, Home Office, Gas Board, Electricity Board anc direct-fleet vehicles, accomu lated over a four-weekly per invariably without reserve, always generate competitive bids and high prices.

Motorauctions Leeds' nex commercial auction will be h on 9 November at 12:30hrs. For more details telephone (0532) 772644.
