• Supplies of Peugeot light commercials could be under threat if the industrial action currently taking place in France continues at its present level.
Production at the company's Mulhouse and Sochaux plants is affected, with the major casualty being the 205 model which is made at Mulhouse. A spokesman for Peugeot Talbot in this country says that sales in the UK are not being affected at the moment, but that the situation is being watched "very carefully".
The dispute would certainly effect the supply of 205s into the UK (including the 205 van).
