• Leyland Daf has sold its first 95 Series tractor to Royal Mail Parcels as part of an order worth £8.2 million.
The Royal Mail is taking 10 FT95.310s for evaluation, each fitted with fuel line heaters, automatic chassis lubrication systems and anti-lock brakes. They will be used on trunking duties to determine their suita bility for a number of servic including Superservice 24 al Superservice 48.
Leyland Daf will also be s plying 31 Cummins-powere( Roadtrain 17.28s, 93 Perkir powered Roadtrain 17.30s 92 Roadrunner 8.13s.
