12.2m (40ft) triaxle refrigerated trailers with Artic insulated shutter doors made by Manchester-based Dover Roller Shutters.
Together with bodybuilder Gray & Adams and the manufacturer, Iceland modified the spring to ensure ease of operation. A feature is the door's ease of repair; any hardening kit can be used to repair the face of the shutter. Dover can provide replacement sections from stock.
The door is made from a sandwich construction of low and high-density polyurethane foam.
