Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE distributors looking to expand their business into the specialist 4x4 market are being sought by IFL of Derby to sell German VMB Vesta off-road vehicles.

The 1.08-tonne kerbweight VMB Vesta is powered by a liquid-cooled Fiat Panda pettrol engine rated at 34kW (45hp) coupled to a fourspeed ZF gearbox equipped with a two-speed transfer case.

Its chassis is made up of two 2rimi thick steel floor pans connected through a centre swivel joint which. allows for maximum articulation when travelling over rough terrain.

All four wheels steer, and the axles are driven through two differential gear units fixed to the floor pans.

The VMB Vesta can carry a crew of up to six or a payload of 500kg or 1,500kg when coupled with a trailer. For extreme conditions, trailers with driven wheels can be supplied.

Like the Veepee range of vehicles, the VMB Vesta has no suspension. It relies on its low ground pressure tyres to absorb road shock.
