Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

APART from minor chassis modificaLions and the addition of chromiumplated strips to the radiator grille and body sides, little change has been made to the Commer light van in the production of the Mark V model announced to-day.

The four-cylindered side-valve petrol engine, developing a maximum b.h.p. of 37.5, is retained, together with the steering-column gear lever. A spiralbevel axle is employed and the front suspension includes coil-spring and double-wishbone independent suspension. The main chassis alterations are waterproofed brake drums, footoperated double-dipping head lamps, an improved engine stabilizer and a dynamo of larger output.
