Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SUPPLEMENTARY collection .1-1 charge of 10s. per ton is to be levied by the Road Haulage Executive for collections up to 2 tons from docks. wharves, railheads and cold stores, the London Fruit Exchange and Stratford, Brentford and Greenwich markets. Other London markets are not affected.

This charge has been agreed upon between the Executive and the transport committee of the National Federation of Fruit and Potato Traders.

A similar additional charge for lots of 4 tons and over, and an extra charge of 15s. per ton for .collections of less than a ton are to he levied on goods coming from Tilbury Docks.
