An interesting development has recently taken place in connection with the Midgley Car Lighting Co., Ltd., due to the formation of a new company under the title of the M.C.L. and Repetition, Ltd., who have taken over the assets of the old company. Mr. A. H. Midgley, whose name is familiar in connection with a number of patented itnprovements to lighting and starting sets, will continue as electrical engineer to the new company. The business of G. H. Alexander Repetition, Ltd., has beenacquired by the new company, and Mr, J. W. Steer, who has been so long associated with this company, will be general manager of the new concern. ,
