• Surely all the fuss made about Truckers and the damage it will do for the industry is insignificant compared with the recent spate of horrific accidents involving HGVs such as the M6-contraflow accident earlier in the year, and now the recent crash on the M61 involving a tanker. All this only adds fuel to the hate-lorry lobby.
So let's get our house in order and stop worrying about Truckers and start worrying about our own driving habits.
We are the ones that represent our industry, not Picard Freight Haul.
