If planning permission excluded a section of my trade I would claim I couldn't keep them away. I wouldn't employ someone to keep them out. To pay money to reduce income is crazy. There must be an alternative motive.

I suggest every truck driver using the services to complain personally to the manager. He will get very sick if he is constantly interrupted every ten minutes.
