24-HOUR SERVICE • Mercedes-Benz truck and van dealer Dick Lovett Commercials of Swindon plans to offer 24-hour service to Mercedes-Benz commercial customers from 1 January 1988. Operators will be able to deliver vehicles for service after working hours and collect first thing in the morning: "It makes sense to service a truck or van when it would normally be idle — the operator saves valuable working time," says service manager Trevor Ross.
