Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Trafalgar House's decision to sell Craven Tasker does not appear to be having any negative effects on the Sheffieldbased semi-trailer builder, it has just won a El million order to supply 38 trailers to McGregor Cory Distribution.

All the new 12.2m trailers are for temperature controlled operations and will be based at McGregor's new depot at Corby, which serves Sainsbury's stores in the Midlands.

Denis Kenyon, Craven Tasker's deputy managing director, says the order is particu larly important as it is one of the biggest reefer contracts won by CT in recent years.

Each of the tandem-axle reefers is fitted with a special multi-position insulated bulkhead which enables the load space to be segregated into temperature-controlled and ambient sections.

In addition, the trailers, which are built on Task chassis, have a protected rear end to avoid damage at loading docks. The bodies were constructed at Task's Sheffield factory.

LI A decision on the new owners of Craven Tasker is expected to be made before the end of the month, although Commercial Motor understands that all bids will have to be in by mid-November.

While few details are available as yet, a management buy-out bid is expected to be made within the next few days.
