Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SANDBACH ENGINEERING, the non-limited liability company established in 1980 to manufacture Foden trucks, has been renamed Foden Trucks, the trading name for some months.

Foden Trucks is a division of a new limited liability company, Paccar UK, which is also the parent company of the Paccar Financial subsidiary formed earlier this year to provide financing packages for the purchase of Foden vehicles.

All contractual arrangements with Sandbach Engineering are now the responsibility of Foden Trucks.

Paccar, the United Statesbased manufacturer of Kenworth and Peterbilt lorries, bought the assets of Fodens Ltd from the receiver in 1980, and has also been assembling Ford Transcontinentals for Ford on a contract which expires at the end of this year.

At the time of the takeover, it was necessary that the new owners should establish a totally separate identity for their business, as the affairs of Fodens had still to be resolved.

FARM TRAILER manufacturer Brunton Trailers of Claypole, Nottinghamshire, has drawn up a marketing agreement with Telehoist of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Although Brunton Trailers now changes name to Brunton Telehoist, a Telehoist spokesman stressed that there was no sell out involved.

The new company will rely on the marketing expertise and manufacturing capability of Telehoist, the spokesman said.

Telehoist manufactures tipping gears, bodies, load luggers, and tail-lifting gear.
