Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BIRD'S EYE WALL'S Distribution, the Unilever group's refrigeratedtransport company, has replaced the twin-column tail-lifts on a batch of Dodge Commando 16-ton refrigerated delivery vans with compact third-width cantilever lifts.

The change enables drivers to off-load small items manually without having to lower the tail lift platform every time.

While a 500kg (9.8cwt) capacity lift is always available when cage pallets have to be off loaded, the new lift ensures the area of door-opening is kept to a minimum to reduce heat gain as the doors are in three sections — only one matches the new narrow lift.

The new lifts, made by Ray Smith Tail Lifts of Peterborough, are operated by cantilever action through three horizontal underbody hydraulic rams, and being chassis-mounted they do not interfere with the body design.
