THE Transport Ministers Council in Brussels yesterday, included the usual report from the Commission on the development of the common transport policy.
Ministers looked at proposals for a system of observing the transport of goods, reference tarriff, road worthiness tests, driver training, a Community quota for the carriage of goods, tax harmonisation and co-operation between road and railway undertakings.
