Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HRH Duke of Gloucester is emerging more and more on the transport scene. He has opened a motor show arid attended at least one conference this year. Last week he was principal guest at a dinner given by the Institute of Automotive Engineers Assessors in London.

His interest in the industry, I'm told, surprised not a few of the guests who outnumbered the hosts by about 300 to 15.

It was, I believe, one of those civilised occasions that engineers seem to have a flair for.

I wonder why that is?

Probably because they are practical men who, in the words of their president, should emulate a good piece of machinery. It should be clear, well maintained and slightly oiled. Many there took. his words to heart.
