Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Who would be a traffic clerk on Monday morning? Any Monday is bad enough what with weekend breakdowns, extra tonnage, a job the boss took on and didn't say and so much more aggravation but this Monday is special.

This is the day when the traffic clerks begin to examine and interpret the "line drawing" of the drivers. I'll bet the two top lines caused confusion and I can almost hear the explanation. "I fell asleep in the chair. Anyway, at the end of the day it's the man back in the office who gets it all to sort out. No doubt they will, but in the meantime I visualise an extension to many a vocabulary. We don't take easily to change.
