Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

He says that on Bedford TK-type vehicles with Leyland engines it is very difficult and timesconsurning to inspect and 'change water hoses and water pumps where the cab is fixed. Mr. Blake says that at his works he has had a detachable panel fitted on the gear-change fitting platform. A section was removed from between the gear-change lever Platform

and a reinforcing member under the passenger seat and a detachable panel fitted. Now breakdown and inspection times have been _reduced to a minimum. Before, perished hoses were a common fault and extensive stripping was necessary for an adequate inspection.

Comments Handyman: This is a worthwhile -modification—I am very familiar with this particular problem.
