T"priority for all-day or peak-hour waiting and loading restrictions on main routes and key junctions in London is one of the proposals in a working party report commissioned by the Ministry of Transport and approved this week by
the Greater London Council. It also suggests 14 more clearways for introduction next year, expanded parking meter schemes in central London and a new series of meter schemes for the congested suburbs.
