Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRAFFIC services of H. L. Walker Ltd. are now being transferred from Thornabv-on-Tees to new premises in Haverton Hill Road, Stockton-on-Tees. The specially built depot at Stockton was formally opened yesterday (Thursday) by Mr. J. A. T. Hanlon, the Northern -Licensing Authority.

On the four-acre site is a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse and modern offices that have been specially designed to meet the needs of the company. There is an extensive parking and circulating area with a special parking strip for trailers and the whole of the yard is floodlit. Some 40 vehicles will be stationed there as part of the Smith Group network.

Additional workshops have been designed and are shortly to be built at Stockton, it being the intention to keep the Thornaby maintenance depot in action during the winter months and to make the change-over in better weather.
