Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Stand 34 LONG experienced in the manufacture of trolleybuses and electric goods vehicles, Ransomes, Sims and Jefferies, Ltd., is showing several examples of both these types.

The trolleybuses are of two sizes. The larger is designed to take a doubledeck body and is of 15-ft. 3-in. wheelbase. Peters pressure air brakes operate on all four wheels, the cylinders being placed directly pver the king pins so as to avoid unequal application of the brakes through steering.
