Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Chloride Electrical Storage Co., Ltd., Clifton Junction, Manchester, has recently placed upon the market a handy cell filler which has been designed to reduce to a minimum the time and trouble taken in "topping up," with distilled water, cells of Exide-Ironclad and Exide batteries.

It is particularly useful where the cells are rather inaccessible, since it enables the operator to fill to the correct level, even when it is not possible to see the liquid through the vent-plug hole. When the liquid reaches the correct level a small lamp is automatically illuminated and the operator releases a pinch valve, thereby shutting off the flow of "water. The filler should prove of much use to large users of battery-propelled vehicles, as well as to owners of battery service stations.
