Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A T this time we are naturally engaged daily I-lin inspecting chassis at the various commercial-vehicle factories. It is pleasing to note that some of the more far-seeing concerns are busily laying out their plans for new models so that they may be used in other lands without it being necessary to effect costly alterations. Obviously it is not always feasible to alter existing designs to permit right or left-hand control being arranged at will to suit the legal requirements of the lands concerned. With new models, however, the circumstances are .very different and it is refreshing to find that many of our makers are giving practical effect to their realization of the 'urgency for machines which can be sold equally well at home and abroad.
