With reference to the article "There's money in training" (CM, March 31), we would be grateful if you could draw the attention of your readers to the fact that the initials TDT are the basis of the registered business name of Training Developments (Transport) Limited, the latter being registered on June 22 1972, and the business name of TDT being registered on November 7 1974.
In the autumn of 1972, the Road Transport Industry Training Board asked our managing director to address a national meeting of group training officers at the Livingstone MOTEC on the subject of the incorporation of group training associations and related marketing and publicity policy. Since that event, a considerable number of group training associations like our own have "gone limited', many with titles similar to our own.
