Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Telehoist Ltd, Cheltenham, has extended its handy tipper range to include a model which removes the utility mini-lorry look. A stylish skirt incorporating mudflaps has been included in the pick-up body, the exterior cloaking the Tel-lite steel body design which does away with side stiffeners, gussets and cross-members.

This body can be fitted to the Ford Transit 115 and 175 chassis and to the Bedford CF 106in. and 126in. wheelbase chassis.

The tipper has been designed mainly for use by local authorities, small builders and builders' merchants.
