• Systems Interfreight, a subsidiary of th US-based American Export Isbrandtse Lines Inc, of New York, is operating weekly container run between the Firth c Forth and New York, Norfolk, Virginil and Baltimore, Maryland, from a base Leith, operating closely with the Fort Ports Authority.
Started on May 1 the service operate year round and takes nine days betwee Leith and New York using the 12 container ship Kormoran.
