THREE appeals will be heard by the I Appeal Tribunal from May 9-11, at Halifax House, Strand, London. W.C.2. On May 9, the Railway and Road Haulage Executives will respond to an appeal by Mr. C. Stenner against a decision of the Western Licensing Authority.
On May 10, the appellant will be the Wincanton Transport and Engineering Co., Ltd., .and there will be six respondents. A decision of the South Eastern Deputy Licensing Authority will be in question, On May 11, Mr. A. W. George will appeal against a decision of the South Wales Authority.
