Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two additions to the Baco range of products for the commercial vehicle bodybuilding industry are now available from British This compact triple gear pump unit with built-in flow divider to give four separate circuits is one of several combinations made possible by the introduction of the new Webster YDS6 series of hydraulic gear pumps. The centre gear section has been cut away in this picture to show the splined coupling between gear sections.

Aluminium.

Baco Pan-AL-Rib 2, a registered design, has been introduced to meet the need for a ribbed cladding sheet for the lighter range of van and other vehicle bodies. Formed from aluminium steet in BA 60-H8 alloy (BS 1470: NS3-H8), the ribs give the sheet an inherent rigidity and strength allowing a less thick material than unprofiled sheet. In stressed-skin construction, Pan-AL-Rib eliminates the need for side stringers to prevent drumming.

The new Pan-AL-Rib 2 sheet has ribs which are 4.76mm high, 15.88mm wide across the flats and are spaced at 62.5mm centres. The panels are 1mm thick and the three standard sizes are 2250mm by 1250mm, 2 500mm by 1250mm and 2750mm by 1250mm with an

end flat 77.75mm long. The shape of the profile allows nesting of adjacent panels at the joint overlap without the need to joggle one panel edge and this permits greater tolerance when fitting panels to the vehicle frame.

An additional Baco reefer flooring system has also been introduced. This system, unlike conventional flooring, allows the circulation of air under. the load—an important factor when perishables are being carried and when the vehicle ,has a refrigeration plant.

The reefer flooring is a lightweight 32mm system and is available in lengths up to 12,192mm. The system comprises a suite of aluminium extrusions; two standard planks, 200mm and 250mm wide; a centre adapter 150mm wide; and three edge plank sections. The required floor width is obtained by using the appropriate combination of these components given in a table in the new publication on reefer flooring.

For this lightweight system, the Baco Gripfloor finish is applied to the surface of the reefer flooring to give the floor good grip properties for the safety of goods and personnel. The flooring incorporates a neoprene sealing strip to produce a watertight floor which can be cleaned with brushes, water or steam.

Booklets on both these products are available from The British Aluminium Co Ltd, Norfolk House, St James's Square, London SW1, or from the company's regional sales offices.
