Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Your correspondent Mr Maurice Rounding congratulates the RHA for "sponsoring business courses for senior managers later this year".

To put the record straight it should be pointed out that these courses have been running since 1968, and between 300 and 400 of our members have already taken advantage of them. What will be arranged later this year in addition are follow-up courses, which will enable those people who have already taken the standard course to go into some of the subjects in greater depth.

In these and other ways our members are actively improving their expertise at managerial level and we hope that more and more will take advantage of the opportunities that are available.
