ONE of the first electronic wheel balancers to be introduced to this country in 1950, the Churchill balancer has been subject to constant review and detailed improvement, the current 1200 Mk. The balancer, which checks and corrects kinetic and dynamic out-of-balance, consists of three basic units: a cabinet which is portable, a pick-up and a spinner, the trio fitting up into one complete, mobile unit.

The cabinet is wired to receive either singleor three-phase power and has a built-in weight tray and weight hammer. The pick-up has a built-in twin circuit for normal and supersensitivity and is readily adjustable to suit all types of suspension.

Churchill weights are in 0-5-oz. graduaiions up to 3 oz. for rims from 10 to 16 in. (in packs of 50). There is also a commercial range. The makers' representatives follow up delivery to give initial balancing instruction; spares and service are also available,
