THE first of two new Leyland Tiger Cub single-decker buses fitted with 41-scat bodies by Pennine Coachcraft Ltd. has been delivered to Oldham Corporation. Designed for one-man operation and fitted with a separate central exit, the buses have been equipped in the modern idiom with especial attention to comfort and decor." The seats. which are fitted with double handrails, are upholstered in a combination of vinyl and moquette, and equipment includes luggage racks, two lockvent roof ventilators with translucent panels, -fluorescent lighting. and Smith's fresh air heaters.
