QRDERS totalling. .1.1,750,000 have been announced by two of the Leyland Motor Corporation companies this week. Leyland Motors Ltd. has signed a £750,000 contract with Fast Germany for the supply of heavy vehicles, including a firm order for 50 goods vehicles, and a letter of intent to purchase a further 137 vehicles.
Meanwhile A.E.C. Ltd. has received its largest single order for goods vehicles from Portugal, calling for 190 vehicles of various types, including fourand sixwheelers and tractive units in the 140/230 h.p. range, all to he Atted with the new Ergoinatie
