Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BY removing 15 seats, a Leyland Royal Tiger 41-seat coach, owned by George Ewer and Co., Ltd., 53-55 Stamford Hit!, London, N.16, has been temporarily converted into a mobile cinema for publicity purposes. With the co-operation of Clacton Publicity Department, the vehicle has been touring north and east London, a 15-minute colour film being shown at various points. Increased bookings for next season on the Clacton run have resulted.

The projector, which uses mains supply, is at the back of the coach, nine seats having been removed to allow for it. The screen is supported behind the driver's seat, six seats having been taken out from the front.

The coach is accompanied on its tour by a Thames 5-cwt. van, with Clacton's publicity officer and two " bathing beauties" in attendance.
