• Malmo Sjaterminal has bought this sizeable reachstacker for container operations at the port of Malmo in Sweden. The Kalmar ContChamp DRD450-70C has a maximum lifting capacity of 45 tonnes, reaching up to five containers high and three deep. It is powered by a 1 2-litre Volvo engine rated at 369hp (275kW) and can handle containers, trailers, swapbodies and flat racks. Sjoterminal has also bought a pair of Kalmar DTC 360-44 terminal tractors. They ore powered by seven-litre Volvo engines rated at 224hp (167kW) and have a load rating of 36 tonnes on the fifth wheel.
