Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Renault confirmed the look of its Extra van replacement by unveiling this passenger-carrying version at the Barcelona Motor Show.

The Kangoo is essentially an Extra van with rear seats, windows instead of panels, and a sliding side door (which may find its way on to the van).

It has the same body shell as the Pangea concept vehicle (CM 27 Feb-5 March).

The Kangoo has a choice of three engines: a 1.2-litre (60hp) petrol; a 1.4-litre (75hp) petrol; and a 1.9-litre diesel with a choice of two power outputs (55hp or 65hp).

The smaller petrol unit is not expected to appear in the van, which has MacPherson struttype front suspension and torsion-bar rear suspension with ventilated disc brakes at the front.

Its overall length is 4m and maximum load space with the seats removed is 2.6m3.

The Extra van will be launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show in October and will go into direct competition with the Citroen Berlingo/Peugeot Partner.

7 Renault's Master van replacement is to feature a 2.8-litre turbo-charged diesel producing 155hp, the most powerful diesel in the LCV sector.

There will also be a 2.5-litre naturally aspirated diesel rated at 80hp.

E The new Renault Master range will be launched early next year.

It will follow the rounded chunky style of the Kangoo/ Extra and incorporate interior features from Renault's passenger car range.
