Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Sussex police are investigating the death of a taxi driver in a collision with a recovery vehicle on the A23 in Sussex.

Lew Green, from Saltdean in Sussex, died from injuries sustained in a collision just before 03:30hrs on 28 May with an Iveco Ford recovery vehicle belonging to Westbourne Motors of Haywards Heath.

The recovery driver, Stephen Avery, from Burgess Hill, was treated for shock. Sussex Police say both vehicles were travelling south at the time with the recovery vehicle travelling behind the taxi.

Westbourne Motors declined to comment on the accident as Avery had yet to be interviewed about the collision.
