Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A GLASGOW lorry driver was sacked a few hours after he parked his vehicle on waste ground and spoke to a stranger. The stranger was a retired policeman who asked him what he was doing, and the driver, John Craig, replied: "I'm stealing lemonade."

Mr Craig claimed his dismissal was unfair and took his ex-employers, S. & H. Storage and Haulage Ltd, of Princes Dock, to an industrial tribunal. But the tribunal said they preferred the expoliceman's evidence to Mr Craig's (he said he had found the bottles after going to look at some scrap cars) and they turned down his claim.
