UNDER the ContrOl of Rubber Tyres (No. 5) Order, which came into force on May 28, vehicle owners are prohibited, without the consent of the Ministry of Supply, from changing the tyre depot with which they are registered, or from registering with more than one depot in respect of vehicles fuelled in the same sub-district. The Minister can also give directions as to re-registration, so as to distribute the work according to depot capacities and geographical considerations.
