The Motor Vehicles (Drivhig Licences) (Amendmefft) (R03) Regulations 2001. CIF 5 Apnl 2001. Remove the existing limitations to certain drivers suffering from diabetes. Lic,ences may be granted depending on the applicant's medical condition.
The Road Vehicles lighting (Amendment) Regulations 2001. CIF 21March 2001. Allows the display of blue, yellow or white retro-reflective colours on the rear of a vehicle as part of the distinguishing sign of the UK.
The Transport Act 2000 (Commencement Nol and Transitional Provisions) Order 2000. CIF throughout 2001. This order introduces the first element of last year's Transport Act, which concerns concessionary travel in and outside Greater London.

The International Transport of Coeds Under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2001. CIF 1 June 2001. Increase the fees for vehicle inspections in connection with the grant of TIP design Type Approval and for the issue of approval certificates. The basic fee for design Type Approval rises from £68 to £70.
