• Overdrive and Manpower have introduced a completely integrated personnel service for distribution companies, with the ability to sub-contract the whole workforce from warehouse staff to drivers.
For some time, the two companies have been able to fill the wide range of positions involved in distribution, but now it can be done from a single point of contact. Rumbelow is already using the new service at its Winsford distribution depot. Normally, Manpower specialises in supplying skilled industrial staff while Overdrive provides drivers.
