• Atlas Copco has introduced a compact 7in angle grinder, the ESV50. The air-operated grinder has a maximum speed of 8,500rpm, an output of 1.2kW and weighs 3.3kg.
A governor on the air motor keeps its speed constant regardless of load. says Atlas, and the angle gears are sealed in a casting for long life.
The support handle can he mounted to either side and the guard rotated 60° in either direction.
