Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A ROSS electric milk float lent by Express Dairy has made the 262-mile journey from Bebington, Wirral, to Brighton. It carried members of the Round Table on a fund-raising expedition in aid of Jurnrny Savile's Stoke Mandeville Hospital rebuilding appeal. They and the float's batteries were recharged nightly on the five-day journey.

The enterprise would have been even more impressive if the vehicle had been pedestrian controlled. This is a subject on which at least one past technical editor of Commercial Motor can speak with feeling.
