Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SPECIALISED air brake centre was opened in Liverpool last Tuesday by A. E. Edmunds Walker. It shares premises with the established branch in Brunswick Place, Derby Road, Bootle, but will be staffed separately.

The company claims that over 2500 individual part numbers will be stocked from the outset and this number is expected to increase steadily over the next few months.

The air brake centre will be headed by Don Jackson and is designed to serve the eight A. E. Edmunds Walker branches in the North-west.

According to marketing manager John Hayward the Liverpool centre will be treated as a training centre for further examples. Current areas being considered are Leeds, Sheffield and Bristol with sites near London (Ilford) and the West Midlands (Walsall or Wolverhampton) also likely.

According to Mr Hayward "there will be more than 10 but fewer than 20".
